We need to reserve the names of all the tokens in coinmarket and coingecko
Stock symbols registered with NYSE

The symbols will reserved by SONs by giving ownership to son-account. When a genuine user wants to create the ticker, the sons will raise a proposal and the witnesses will vote on the same to transfer the ownership to the user.
