Create an account or use an existing account on a TESTNET
Create other accounts and set the account created in the first step as the proxy for all the new accounts
Try to vote from the account number one and it should happen without issues

I have verified this and I am not getting any issue while voting any withnesses from an account which is proxy to other accounts.
