Test steps:

Rebuild QA environment from latest source code, both QA env and peerplays.
Double check that you are running Hive v1.25.1-rc
Try to execute deposit, withdrawal and primary wallet update (initiate change in active SONs by voting)
Verify that deposit executes as expected for both TESTS/TBD (HIVE/HBD)
Verify that withdrawal executes as expected for both TESTS/TBD (HIVE/HBD)
Verify that Hive son-account's account_auths contains the list of active SONs
