This is a follow up of ticket #357.

Run Bitcoin mainnet node using libbitcoin based software.
Investigate indexing features of the libbitcoin node, and figure out does it provide transaction indexing by address
If yes, add new container to QA environment, based on ubuntu-for-peerplays image, which will run libbitcoin based regtest network

@serkixenos @hirunda - note that the objective of this ticket is to have the Bitcoin functionality with reasonable wait time and should be done with high priority.

@serkixenos - Can we use multiple nodes and circumvent this ? I guess the answer is no :)
