As a user of cli_wallet, and an administrator (issuer) of one or more UIA tokens, I would like to be able to use cli_wallet to execute override_transfer operations for the management of my UIA token. As it stands currently, the cli_wallet does not offer a command to execute override transfer operations.

As it happens, @bgerze has already prepared a MR for this feature in a local fork, and I have given it initial review. We are ready to create a MR here, we just need to know what branch ( develop? beatrice ? ) we should base the MR off of.

@vampik — Could you advise on which branch to base the MR on?

Would be great to get this merged into the 1.6.0 mainnet release, but it could also be suited to a subsequent 1.6.1 point release.

I think, it should be develop.
