Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
As a node admin for a handful of nodes on the public test net, I would like a test net compile of witness_node and cli_wallet to have the correct genesis state and chain ID built in, without having to download and install a separate genesis.json file. Additionally, it'd be nice if the config.ini defaulted to appropriate seed nodes for the test net.
Currently, when compiling with BUILD_PEERPLAYS_TESTNET=1, there are no default seed nodes, and the genesis state refers to a now defunct previous test net chain.
