@Hiltos1 - the title of the document is quite confusing. ie what exactly is "son configuration" ? This was originally a development notes that we maintained to share information with each other. If this has to be shared with the end users, I think we need to mention that this is like a guide to configure various aspects of the SON network. I would rather prefer to have a 3 clean documents which mentions
