We need to test and list out the data available in EalsticSearch can support operations the dApps will be performing

This sounds like a great idea. Elasticsearch is a wonderful database that scales like crazy.
I've seen such a plugin for bitshares and think I can build support for Peerplays on top of this.

But before I start putting resources into this, we need to talk about compensation.

My conditions are:

Payment in BTC
Want to stay anonymous
150$/hour (negotiable)

@gizord - Thanks for the interest.

The plugin is already available https://gitlab.com/PBSA/peerplays/-/tree/master/libraries/plugins/elasticsearch . This task was to extend the documentation. The KPI is to still figured out and if you can contribute to the performance testing, that will be great.
